Based on my experience with Canadian Visas, they update your profile with decision made and request passport when it is approved. I guess it would be same for PR.
How Much Time It Takes From Passport to Visa Stamped via VFS

A passport request letter is by right approved in principle. The statuses differ from each stream.
I have read from the Spousal Sponsorship section that they get this “Decision Made” status first before a PPR is sent.
For EE, status is only updated to “Approved” and “Decision has been made” when the countrefoil (for all applicants) has/have been stamped. For my case, I got my COPR 2 weeks ago, but application status was only updated yesterday when my husband’s visa was stamped in NDVO.
is there anyone else on the forum who sent their passport to NVDO on March' 7 and still have NOT received their passport back?
congratzz m still waiting submitted on 27 march nd vfs says ur application is under process at vfs delhi... dnt knw when they dispatched.....
Finally, my husband received his passport/COPR from Bluedart after 24 days of processing and 5 days courier.

I have submitted the PP on 23 March 2018 @ VFS(New Delhi).
There is no update there after.
I tried calling customer care if VFS, they told "10 days is generally the processing time".
Did anyone submitted around same time frame? And what is the status currently?

I submitted my passport on March 25 and received by Canada Visa Office Riyadh on March 26th. Still no update, not even my CIC account...
Is this normal or should I need to contact LVO or RVO for clarification.
I am particularly worried as two of my friends submitted their passports after mine to Riyadh and they already gotten their passports back with Visa and CoPR.
Experienced guys please reply....................

There was a guy in this forum (check few previous pages), he submitted his PP on 7th March and his status was approved on 15th but he received his passport last week.my CIC application was approved on March' 21. i have still not received my passport back.
