Missed medical exam for extension

2. 2 years ago I was in Canada as visitor for 6 month, than I extended the visa for 3 months. I did it succesfull, but on my paper was: you can stay til ... date but you must to do medical exam, etc. I missed to do this exam, and I left Canada before the 9month expires.
Now I want to go again to my friends as a visitor, am I eligible to re-entry the coutry?
