A close work permit employee can be treated as ICT?

Hi Everyone,

I am working in Canada since October 2015 on close work permit. In CIC profile can I claim 50 points of job offer? If yes,

1) then what kind of proof I need to show whereas I already got a reference letter which state my overall experience in the company.

2) I applied for work permit extension which is in-progress.

3) What if I claim the points and leave Canada after ITA?

Hi,

1 - Deputation Letter/Offer Letter, Reference Letter from Employer with Roles and Duties, T4, T4 Assessment, Pay Stubs, Promotion/Appraisal Document, Work Permits till date and Implied Status details.
3 - If you leave canada then 50 points for job offer will not be eligible to proceed.
