Hello guys...

I need suggestion from you guys.
Actually I am on close work permit and did my medical examination in Sep 2017 after that I went to back home for two months and now I am taking care of my baby. It's been almost six months after medical but no ppr request.

In last six months I didn't work single day so it will affect my background check?
Your suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

I assuming you applied with employer support for AINP right? Do you still have the offer of full time employment with your employer?

As per condition of nomination for AINP, applicants must still have offer of employment with the same employer who supported your AINP and must be working full time prior to receiving PR status. Did you inform AINP about your leave from work?

Yes I do have full-time offer from same employer and yes it is employer support AINP.... I didn't leave work just take months off and taking care of baby. My employer said if cic or ainp in case contact then he will say he is on vacation or stay at home and taking care of baby.

I am still with same employer only the thing I am not working for now because of my baby so that will affect my background check?

As long as the employeer is supporting you than you are totally safe!If you still have the job offer i would not worry about it!We are humans,we might need some times off as long as our employyer is ok with it it is fine!I know a lot of applicants who left back home couple of months and they got PPR!Good luck,we have almost same timeline

My employer said don't worry from my side they are great just need to confirm. I have to work but because of baby. Employer said if CIC will contact then i will give them satisfactory answer.

Yes as long your job offer is still valid, CIC should have no issues. The only thing is that AINP might call your employer to prove that you are still working for them or sometimes AINP will email applicants themselves to provide paystubs and bank statements for proof of working.
