How early can we get the work experience letters prepared? I mean I am preparing for my EE profile submission, can I request past employers for letters now, or wait for ITA?
Also, I fall into NOC 0211 - Engineering Managers (Experience 8years to present), prior to that I have around 6 years NOC 2321 Mechanical Engineer exp, My primary NOC now is 0211, do I need letters from my employers where I was working as Mechanical Engineer as well?
