I am a Sept applicant too...based on the trend, the earliest I can see PP req coming through is June/July as NDVO is processing applications that were sent in May at the moment. However, with that being said, a bunch of people got the BC check status around Feb 27. If you get anything before July, I would consider it a bonus. We can only hope...NDVO has its own way of working..so much that it can be nominated for a case study in IIT's.

What I have noticed is once BC status changed to "in process" usually in 35-40 days, we can either expect PPR directly or DM or pre-arrival email...
I am not 100% sure.. but I guess thats what the trend is
