What about your supervisor? or manager?
Since its been couple of years so mostly managers changed and they dont wanna listen anything coz they think they might get into trouble or whatever reason idk

But i do have a supervisor who might help me but he is scared too to write something

I got letter's from all other 3 employers this is the 4th one and last which im not able to get :(

If you are not claiming any points then dont worrry about it. Just add that to your Personal History.

2. NOC 1215 - WAREHOUSE FOREMAN - 7 MONTHS - CANADA - they are not giving the letter with duties i just have basic 1
3. NOC 1212 - BILLING CLERK - 1 YEAR - CANADA - HAVE LETTER WITH DUTIES MATCHING WITH NOC

You only need 1 year work experience in Canada to apply under CEC.

3. NOC 1212 - BILLING CLERK - 1 YEAR - CANADA - HAVE LETTER WITH DUTIES MATCHING WITH NOC

That one should be good, I would not worry about the one that you cant get a letter for tho.

CAN A VIP MEMBER CONFIRM?

Is'nt like all these jobs have to be in NOC 0,A or B? with all the letters showing duties etc

or is it like only 1 year work exp should be in these NOC level, rest could be anything?

You are correct in the sense that he only needs his experience in NOC 1212 to meet the MEC of the CEC program. However, there would be a difference in his CRS score if he's not able to obtain proper proof for his NOC 1215 position. He would only be able to claim points for a year of Canadian work experience instead of 2 years at this point in time.

Yes. If they write the letter in plain paper though (not in letterhead) then provide proof that they work at such company.
So if he writes on a plain paper and then i need his letter of employment to prove that he is also working in the same company? is that what you mean?
