Trv applied in march 2018 taking upto 6 weeks due to lots of load on ircc because of students session.
In your case hopefully you will get reply by the end of april.

My brother applied jan 24 he receied Passport request within seven days.

Jan month is quite free in terms of workload.
Even till mid feb is fine but end of first quarter is very busy.There are so many examples for me who applied in mid of feb but still waiting for their results.
Be prepare for 6-8 weeks time frame for sure.

Applied: March 5
Eligibility review started: March 8

Until now no progress

I applied for my parents on 17 Jan 2018 and they are doing some background check on my father's file as he was in police. Don't know why they haven't done yet? It's been 65 days now
