Yep. If you see the pool distribution post the 21st feb draw(cutoff 442) , the pool above 451 would basically be zero. Experts help please? @abhishek_89
Yes, thats true when the draw happened on Feb 21st everyone above 442 got out of the pool. After Feb 21, in 3 weeks, 3000 folks entered the pool with 456 or above score OR increased their scores to 456 or above.

They might be issuing higher number of invites later this year by when more folks would be in the EE pool.
Possibly but they have to ensure that people land before December...Well can't say for sure with IRCC but even if they issue now it's not going down that much.... Already too many people in 410 +

I guess the targets would be for PR approval and not necessarily landing.

Hello, pls a quick one. i noticed some errors in my PR application after submission and sent for a withdrawal last week. I haven't got any notification of withdrawal. Can I create a new profile in the pool yet? Or should I wait for a notification first? Thanks a lot
Hello there, I don't understand what you mean by "sent for a withdrawal". If you application is still in submitted stage, you could just click the withdraw and confirm it in your onekey account. You will get the confirmation of withdrawal within a minute and your processing fee will be refunded as well. Remember, refund only if its under submitted stage. If it has moved to "Assessment" stage, you won't be refunded!

Maybe but IRCC always is unpredictable...But something changed for sure....Or there would have been more ITAs ...Will have to wait till April if this continues till may 1st draw then forget 430 also...

I'm still waiting in NA2/IP2 (moved to IP2 on February 27, the day everyone in NA2 did) with no end in sight ... for a number of personal reasons, I really want to move in May, so I am praying that my PPR will arrive in time ...
Well, I saw your signature just now and congratulations for your PPR. :)

Have you submitted your passport yet?

In your signature... what does auto recheck mean?
IELTS 19 Nov 2016 L 7.0 R 8.0 W 7.0 S 7.5
Re-IELTS 4 March 2017 - Auto re-check L 8.0 R 5.0 W 5.5 S 8.5
Re-IELTS 28 Oct 2017 - L 8.5 R 8.5 W 6.5 S 7.0 (EOR: 5-12-17 Result: 21-2-18 L 8.5 R 8.5 W 7.0 S 7.0)
IELTS (IDP) 2-12-17 : L 8.5 R 7.0 W 6.5 S 7.5 (EOR: 29-12-17 Result 22-1-18 L 8.5 R 7.0 W 7.0 S 7.5)

you submitted re-evaluation for ielts and it reduced points to 5 and 5.5?
and then for 28-Oct you submitted reevaluation on 5-12 and got its result on 21-2... do they really improve score in re-evaluation and does it really take 3 months to complete re-evaluation?

Thanks! I submitted my passport (more accurately, copy of passport, as US citizens are required to submit photocopy of picture page of passport instead of the actual passport) and other requested docs on Wednesday the 14th. So waiting for COPR now, although not in a hurry as I won't be ready to move into May anyway.

How's life in Montreal? I would like to visit some time :)

What I meant by the auto re-check was, my result didn't come out on schedule and when I made an inquiry about it, the officials at BC told me my result had gone for re-check because of massive difference in scores. So the scores I received was final and a shocking one. As for the Oct 28 test, the result of EOR took more than 11 weeks and I still haven't got a call from BC for the refund. Compare that to IDP, they gave me the revised TRF in just 25 days and the refund took only 2 days. Never gonna recommend British Council to anyone for IELTS anymore!!

Just going through some informative posts on this thread and decided to ask a quick question. I'm planning on opening an express entry profile by the 3rd week of October (I would have obtained my mandatory 12 months skilled experience by the 2nd week). Using the CRS calculator currently puts me at 449 with S:7, W:8, R:8, L:12 CELPIP test results.

However, seeing posts of how CRS points jump with a CLB 9 is making me contemplate trying out for IELTS. My only fear is that I may get something lower than my first test results and I would be required to use the latest results. Is it advisable to wait to enter the pool at 449, then try for an IELTS if cut-offs are high during that period, or should I risk my current average CELPIP scores for a possible lower IELTS test score.

Thanks in advance!

You are not required to use your latest IELTS result. When you create your EE profile, you can use your best valid IELTS result. When I say valid, I mean the one which is not older than two years.

If you think you can improve on our current IELTS score, definitely go for it. Do not worry about scoring low. In that case you can use your current IELTS score.
