Hello everyone

I am extremely sorry for posting this issue here as this one may not be relevant to this thread but I am doing so as it's pretty urgent for me and on TRV section of this forum is not that active so I am desperately seeking help here.

I am applying online for Spousal work permit, I have created my account in my CIC, in upload section I am facing very weird problem. I fill out IMM1295 form, sign it and scan it but it's not accepting the form, it's accepting the form if I only upload original saved one in my PC without signature, shall I upload without the saved from without signature?

Additionally I can not find options to upload my financial documents, wife's documents and evidence of relationship( in upload section there options for form 1295,5707,5257 photo and copy of passport only), where can I upload or submit my rest of the documents?

Thanks a lot in advance

Hi Friends

I earlier worked in Toronto on ICT using WP. Can that be used as Offer letter and claim 50 points in CRS score calculation. The WP validity is still there

Really? So you are saying no extra points will be awarded for having two or more certs? ?
You will get the additional points for two or more degrees and are points are 119(Married, spouse accompanying) or 128(Single).

If both the credentials were assessed by WES, please fill accordingly but if each

Hi Everyone,

Apologies in advance if this is not the correct forum to ask these questions.

I got my ECA today and will qualify if I update it in the profile. I may land at a score of 460 +

Would appreciate if someone can answer my questions here -
1. I had 3 employers and have the job description from the last two employers with an experience of 5 years , is it mandatory to upload job description/experience letter for my current employer ? If I remove it from my profile, will it cause any issues ?

2. We are not claiming any points for my wife's work experience, should we include this in the profile ? Or remove it and add it under work history ?

3 Ideally, when should we go for medical ? I have a 2 years old daughter, does she need medical as well ?

4 Does being a diabetic affect the application? Do they refuse it or ask you to go for additional tests ?

5 Do we need proof of funds from all the banks ? or is it sufficient to show a couple of banks that would help me achieve the minimum total in the application ?

Thanks.

1.A. You can submit at least 3 years of work experience description with precisely built responsibilities is more than enough for the application and not to lose any CRS score, however in your case from current employer is required, you can delete from work history. This is only interms of CRS points was suggested, however scrutinizing profile may yield pecular results

2.A.Don't include her work exp, it's not mandate

3.A. Mostly it does not effect the file but however if you are using expensive medicine then you application may be refused under medical inadmissible.

4. Either you can show all your savings or FD or from few banks meeting the minimum requirement.

Query related to POF

I have a fixed deposit which will mature in April 2018. By that time my fixed deposit will already be 7 months old. I'm planning to re invest this money to another fixed deposit . So if I submit my application in May 2018, is it fine if I submit both my fixed deposit letters or how else must I proceed.

Kindly advise friends

Fixed deposit certificate would suffice.
All IRCC considers is that funds can be liquidated at any given time and should be free of loans.
All the best.

Thanks a lot for your response.
Should I not worry that my fd has matured already by the time I submit my application.

I believe during maturity, you have the option to renew the contract.
Eitherway the matured amount will be credited to your account which still won`t cause the issue
