Fd from maternal uncle as pof

Hi all I need urgent help as my crs is 440
And having chances that I may get ita in couple of weeks
But my issues are with pof
I am working in Dubai
And having salary near 1 lac
But due to family issues I was not able to save anything from last 2 years
Now this month I got 2 lacs in my acc
Rest will b salary which I will get monthly
So can I get fd done by my maternal uncle
Of 3 lacs
So in 2 months rest of the amount will became the minimum required
And can this b done after getting ita

yes. you should have minimum required amount at the time of submission of file.

ITA is just an invitation to apply which is purely on basis of your CRS score.

Of 3 lacs
And complete the rest of amount in 90 days in salary acc
Will that b fine
Will cic checks from where the money is coming
