Mine is still stuck at IP1 while the review of additional documents changed to not applicable this week after I submitted the additional document last week. I just hung up with a CIC agent. I was told I have already PASSED elegibility. Background has not started yet. My CIC profile says in still in IP1.

I just got CEC reply and they mentioned that my file is currently located in London Visa Office, does that mean that I already passed eligibility? also does it make sense to send my file to London while I live in Abu Dhabi and there is a visa office there? more confusion+1 (613) 944 400
If you are going to call, its very likely that the first few times youll get a message saying that there is a very high number of calls and they cant put you through an agent (and the the call will end automatically), but you have to keep trying until you dont get that message.

I am at ip2 dince 27/2,still waiting.My application was stuck at NA2 (i.e. Background check was "NA") since 7-Dec-2017. But recently, most probably around 27-Feb-2018, it moved to BG under progress (not the exact words though). Anyone else in the same position as me? Any idea when can I expect the Passport Request? Please help.
