Guys, I can see they are given PPR by Med req date still. I remember in December they gave a lot of Oct, Nov, Dec applicants Med request before the rest of Sept.... If you check....the last couple of people had medical req on Dec 19 and earlier...
So, from my observation, most of us are still okay...except the little few that have indeed been left behind. (i hope they get theirs soon)

I got medical request on December 19th as well, but I did upfront. Hope it is our turn tonight.
I did upfront too, I wish I didn't ... it may slow us down a tiny bit, but don't worry, we will get it pretty soon.

I am Sep 28/ 2016 applicant. I got decision made on my application on feb 12 and till than i am waiting for PPR. I called cic, they says my application is approved but Ottawa is not ready to receive my passport yet, i asked him why Ottawa is not ready, he said he doesn't have answer to this question. Is there anyone in same situation. This is strange.

yeah, that sucks, maybe ottawa is running out of paper so they cannot issue the CoPR and visa.
