Any news on receiving passports back...from VFS...its the 3rd week...since sumbmission of passports for stamping..whats going on...they take so much time..everytime

I just called cic and automated message says that my bgc is in process. What is the next step after bgc? How long does it take to get the ppr?

I called them in the morning I think it’s best if your spouse from canada calls they don’t ask much just your application number and your year of birth make sure when they ask your year of birth it’s the applicant not the sponsers good luck

You can call +1 6139444000 from google hangouts which will be free of cost and I believe this service is available 24*7. They ask for your application number and year of birth.

Hey all: I see quiet a few people got BGC process is this in GCkey or ECAS ?
Because I got this in my GC not sure if that means same as ECAS. On ECAS it just says we started processing your application...

wow really I hope its not a glitch? Because I am Oct applicant? I see that May - Aug applicants are getting it now?

I just checked with my friend who is Nov 2 applicant, his GC updated to same thing as well ( Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information )

I dont know whats going on ...
