it only took canned post 1 day to ship your passport from ottawa to AB. Hopefully mine will be sent back today and i can get my passport next monday.

finally got a hold of the agent on the phone.
he was nice and he confirmed that my file was approved and closed yesterday and my passport was mail out at 11pm ottawa time last night.
but my return tracker was not yer activated so far. i am guessing it was too late last night so canada post won't receive and process my shipment until later this afternoon or evening...

Hello everyone,

It’s regarding my mother, she is currently in Canada on super visa. Her passport was recieved by CPCO Ottawa on feb 13. Does anyone knows how much time it usually take to return the passport in parents application??

Based on @Flyhigher 's post yesterday, his return tracker was activated at 7pm ottawa time. It is already 7:04pm. Guess they still haven't send our passports out.

I just checked my application it now says approved. But my return tracking number is not active. I think it will go on Monday because of the weekend. Any thoughts!?

Everything goes well, the office was nice and only took 10 minuets to complete my paperwork then said congratulations warmly. you should carry passport, copr, and work permit with you, that’s it.

i think you can link your pr application online and check status PR card

Landed on Coutts (AB) on February 23 quite early in the morning (9 am). Everything went smoothly. We just presented our CoPRs and our work permits/visitor records. We had to wait about 20 minutes and then got PR. No proof of funds was required. No questions were asked aside from "Have your ever commited a crime..." and "Do you have any other dependants than the ones listed in your CoPR?".
