Please I need help here.
My application was rejected today reason being that I did not include a police certificate for one of the countries I lived in. Meanwhile, I scanned the two police certificates for the two countries I've lived in. I scanned it as one document and uploaded it with the name police certificate. How do I rectify this please?

And you didn't included that PCC for that stay .
I did. I scanned the 2 PCC as one pdf doc. And I just pulled it up now to confirmThe stay was more than 6 months ?

You need to communicate properly that you have included all the PCC as one single file and they were all uploaded with the rest of the application.
Call them and send them an email as well to have a written query forwarded to IRCC.
