I would like to ask if how many days will I wait for decision made?

Timeline of my partner:

August 8 we submit the application
September 29 received AOR
November 2 start processing
November 10 received medical examination.
January 22 requesting other documents like chats, remittances and employment letter.
February 16- manila confirm that they received my email

And still IN PROCESS.
How many days should I wait for decision made? And what’s next?
