I am currently on PGWP, it is expiring soon. I got approved for study permit for 2018 fall session (September). My question is, can I apply for off campus work permit and be able to continue my job until my school starts in September? Or do I have to wait until September before I apply for my off campus work permit ? Kindly reply me asap. Thanks.

No it doesn't work that way. You have to be attending school in order to be allowed to work 20 hours/week.

Yes. You cannot work until September.

Agreed. You'll have to stop working as soon as your PGWP expires and won't be able to start working again until your classes begin.
