Please advice. I requested that FBI use for the electronic version the prints sent for the paper version application and I got this response

I submitted mine last Friday in response to the ADR. So far it only shows "We are reviewing..." in the Additional Documents section. If they reject, I'll let y'all know
I will appeal of course, as this is a legit FBI PCC as you rightly said. Hopefully it doesn't come to that

Don't worry. The whole additional docs (and even other) statuses are all YMMV. For me it changed under 24h after upload (but is stuck at "in review" since the past 4 days). For others, I've seen it change in a few days to a couple of weeks. No way to predict this. Hang in there - no news is the best news
I just received an email from FBI regarding the DOB issue.
The FBI experienced an issue with its Electronic Departmental Order (eDO) online application regarding the Date of Birth (DOB) being off by one day when the application was submitted between 02/02/2018 – 02/13/2018. This caused some responses to be generated with the incorrect DOB. Our records indicate that you have received a response from us based on an online application being submitted during the time frame previously indicated. Please check your response to ensure your correct DOB is reflected. If your DOB is correct, no action is required on your part. If your DOB is incorrect, please send an e-mail to CK_CHAT_CHALLENGE@fbi.gov and include the following information: Name, Order Number (XXXXX), Correct DOB, and telephone number. Please place “Incorrect DOB” in the subject line. Upon receipt of your e-mail, we will correct your DOB and a corrected response will be sent to you at no charge.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
I think they are acknowledging the mistake and sending this email to everyone who submitted their application on those dates.

Hi, I am wondering did the email sent to everyone who applied through edo between that period? I have not received the email...
My application was paper based and had arrived on 6th of November. I've just called the customer service and they told me that it was completed today and will be mailed out on Tuesday. My all process is blocked by a single document for weeks already . Why can't they mail it tomorrow?

i know but I didn't want to because of the DOB issue in their system. I didn't want to risk it.
