I lost in there too, I wrote pools. The photographs of birds, I didn't get it clearly, so I just wrote down research

I wrote pools for 38 as well, can't remember 39 but 40 i think was "analysis".
Oh yeah! Now that you have mentioned 10,000 as the number the woman said, I think it was like that. (Being 12000 the first number given by the man).
for 31, I wrote Sign-in and for one of the question in section 4 I wrote Breakdown where they mentioned that it may be expensive....

I believe 31 was "registration" (remember that in this last section you were supposed to write just a single word, and "sign-in" are technically two words connected by a hyphen), and the other one was "repairs" (the car could suffer some breakdowns/damages and repairs were expensive).
Section 3 is the part that I recall less, but I think 21 was that it was suitable for first-year students, 22 something about a logical order (?) and 25 was that it surprised him how it focused in a region about a certain country (though in the recording he was more specific and said Massachusetts, in the USA). I don't remember much details about the second part of section 3, I really just remember that I was confident about 28, 29 and 30 and gave it a shot trying to deduce 26 and 27. But as I said, section 3 is the blurriest in my mind.

Section 3 first part for me was pretty similar to what you wrote, for the second part i think that was the part which seemed hard to me, it was something like : very influential, second last of that part was "very confusing", can't remember the rest now,will post them if i can recall more.

I think 39 should be pool as in the test paper it doesn't have some in it and the verb in the audio is "is". I remember it says it has a pool that is not been detected, something like this.
I wrote 12,000 for the area, quite confident that 12,000 was the answer. I also wrote pools for number 38 and documentation for 39. But future 'documentation' sounds weird, so not sure.
Does anyone remember if the parking lot question was blue car park or pink? I thought the ticket was pink but the car park itself was blue. Pink was for bus only?
For 38, i wrote pools (dangerous because it had some hidden _____). For 39, i wrote reference (photographs of birds for future ______). For 40, i wrote pollution (water samples checked for ______). Does anyone remember question about Radison center, something like it looks at cities' ______ (I wrote ecology)
