Yes, my primary NOC is 2147

and my work experience is the following

Aug 2013 to Jan 2015 Communication Analyst
May 2015 to present Senior Network Engineer

Then I don't see a reason as to why your profile would be ineligible.

I don't know either, but I was thinking, I just got a response from WES on Friday and entered the application yesterday... maybe I need to wait at least a few days until they update everything.. I don't know...

But my plan is to give another try in a few days maybe

Hello again guys!

In regards of this situation...I took the IELTS Test again an improve my score in the following way:

Listening: 8
Writing: 6
Reading: 7
Speaking: 7
Overall: 7

But still...after entering all the information for the EE it says "Profile Inelegible"...

My primary NOC is 2147 and my work experience is the following:

Aug 2013 to Jan 2015 Communication Analyst **** May 2015 to present Senior Network Engineer
Age: 28
Spouse got a 6.5 in every area of IETLS so is a CLB7

WES gave me the results and it says: Bachelors degree with 4 or more years.

Can anyone give me a hint about what is happening here...

Another question is...

How they calculate the points for FSW regarding the language?

The only possibles combinations are:

CLB7 - 16 points
CLB8 - 20 points
CLB9 - 24 points

or can someone get 22 points, because in my case, my CLB level should be 7 overall because of the writing... but if I look every area like a single one is CBL 9 in R, L, S ( 6 points each) and CLB 7 in W (4 points in this case)

So that sums 22 points...

The language score with IELTS Listening 7.5; Speaking: 6.5 reading :7 writing :7 would be 22.

Listening - 7.5 - CLB 8 - 5
Speaking - 6.5 - CLB 8 - 5
Reading - 7 - CLB 9 - 6
Writing - 7 - CLB 9 - 6

They calculate points for individual section not overall IELTS score.

Are you sure about this? I was under the assumption that the lowest score in your IELTS defines your CLB band which is then applied equally. Or is it the case that the calculations for EE and the 67 point eligibility is slightly different?

For example someone scores LRSW 9, 8.5, 7, 7

Is it counted this way?
Listening = CLB 10 = X
Reading = CLB 10 = X
Writing = CLB 9 = Y
Speaking = CLB 9 = Y

so total score is 2X+2Y

Or is it this way,
Lowest band = CLB 9 = Y per band
So IELTS score is 4Y.

Which one is correct? Can someone please guide?

6(L) + 6(R) + 6(s) + 6(W) is correct. They add score from each ability to form the total. In other words, your 1st option is correct.

Yes, if you use the CRS calculator and change just one IELTS ability score, you can see a change in total score when compared with the original one. This indicates that the score for each ability is counted independently.

The sweet spot being LSRW 8777 (CLB 9 in each ability) score which gives you about an extra 50 points.
