Above CRS 442 should not worry about tie-breaking rule even you have created profile yesterday successfully.
But thats not what’s written on cic
If you’re above 442 and submitted yesterday, and another applicant with 442 who submitted in Jan, his chances of getting the ITA are much higher than urs

Can you please explain to me?
The tie breaking rule date is the profile creation date of a candidate whose score as of today is 442 and ranks at 3000. The next candidate with 442 score will have a profile creation date after the above candidate and a rank 3001.
Now, the lucky candidate with 3000 rank must have had a lesser CRS earlier otherwise he/she would have been picked in earlier draws. Point to be noted is such candidates whose score would change drastically, would be very less.

All those who are at 442 and did not receive ITA today are the ones who either created their profile after November 15, 2017 or updated their CRS after November 15, 2017

So, nothing to get freak out about the dates.
Good luck to everyone and Congrats to all those who made it today.
