Hi All,

Do we need reference letters from all my previous employers, because bosses have changed and those teams no longer exists. I do have offer and relieving letters. Any other alternative for this?
I was suggested that take letters from the bosses where your JOB is same as NOC code applying. (Within last 10 yrs)
If its beyond that you can mention that in your professional experience later post ITA when you submit your detailed profile.

If its less then, I request senior members to guide you :)

Here is something to notice when it comes to NOI from Ontario.
Also they have chosen higher end CRS for their NOI, that does not mean, that you have to prove that score.
According their PNP program requirements you will need:
NOI
400 points or more that you can prove for the date of NOI (unless you would drop because of your Bday after NOI) - that is for Human priorities
all other conditions (language, diploma, work experience).

But there is nowhere a requirement for 435 or 441 or whatever they used to send out invitations. That is just their own choice how to send out NOI.
So they cannot reject your because of a different CRS score, if you meet all their conditions.

And PNP can be also fast (anywhere between 2 - 6 months, most that are above 6 months are either with PFL or lot of ADR requests).
Good luck
My understanding is that once you get NOI from OINP, if your CRS drops below 400 because of your birthday occurring before you submit your OINP application, it will be exempted and considered valid for submission as long as you qualify for FSW ( or other criteria). Correct?

Yes that is the only exception. But attention for everything else you have to maintain yourself above 400 points that is until you will receive ITA and get AOR

I didn't quite understand here. What did you mean by maintaining above 400 until ITA/AOR? Were you trying to say until Nomination approved? Because, as I see it, once a candidate gets nomination, wouldn't the CRS go up by +600 and irrespective of the original score going down by any other causes candidate will get an ITA (with a draw under 600)?
Or is it that after nomination, if the candidate loses points for any reason other than birthday will result in invalidation of Nomination and hence losing him 600 points?

Update:
I think I understood what you were saying after going through some pages below.
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/permanent-residence/express-entry/provincial-nominee-program.html
Especially this point,
At time of APR, PNP Express Entry applicants must demonstrate they meet the PNP program requirements and, for A11.2 assessment, that they meet the program requirements of one federal immigration program (FSWP or CEC or FSTP)

Yes exactly that point. And since aging of your documents will stop by the day of your AOR, hence the requirement for 400+ until that date. (as for the aging exception, would you receive points for your NOI age, then everything else shall be on 400+).

Most crucial are good and valid IELTS results.

It turns out Moose isn't going to be in town for the Feb 9 ROH get together in downtown Toronto. Was anyone else available to attend? or should I postpone?

I know. And we are hoping for the next, hence Ray of Hope 83rd draw o_O:D:)

Check the 84th thread on Wednesday for the 83rd results.

For a sec, I thought 83rd draw had happened and I posted the wrong data o_O
Well technically 83rd draw's score is posted with title of 84 thus I pointed out the obvious but I get the point of being optimistic for the next draw. Good Luck everyone.

I got NOI from Ontario today. Was surprised as I wasn't even aware they were issuing.
My CRS is 437, but will lower to 432 by Feb 16. NOC 1121 and my profile created 11 Jan 2018.

Strongly suggest both give IELTS again to improve the score as its the easiest way to improve your chances and waiting at 430 may be letting too much to chance. I am at 445 and still skeptic about the possibilities of CRS going below that. However, I would say that looking at the scenarios I am optimistic it would go down but if I were at 430, I would not wait for the chance to arrive rather work my way closer to the chance. My current IELTS score do not have much scope for me to increase with a re-appearance as I do not believe you can predict the results of Writing and Speaking and Reading and Listening I am pretty much maxed out.

early report is out

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/express-entry-early-observations-november-2016.html

"Conclusion
This report demonstrates that the targeted improvements made to Express Entry on November 19, 2016, are aligned with Canada’s Global Skills Strategy and attracting a diverse range of talents from around the world, including former international students. These targeted improvements are the result of internal monitoring coupled with feedback from candidates and stakeholders such as provinces, territories and employers.

IRCC will continue to monitor Express Entry results, and adjust processes and policies as needed. We expect that the recent system changes, and additional improvements introduced in June 2017, will result in Canada welcoming more immigrants with the diversified skills and experience needed to grow our economy."
Does anyone think that we can expect some changes in EE system?

Is it true that one getting ITA through PNP nomination will take 6-8 months to get PR(excluding nomination time)? Is it the same process after we get nomination?
Like, I get ITA, submit documents and pay fees and so on. Is it same as that if normal Express Entry ITAs?
