I have submitted my application back in November, with all my documents received on 5th of December 2017.

I applied for Meng Mechanical Engineering as an international student at Concordia University.

I’m writing this message to know when I can expect to hear back from the university about the decision.

Bro, you should get in touch with your admission officer. I got letter of acceptance from concordia in mid november for jan intake and i applied for caq right away and visa afterwards but still I couldn’t join jan intake due to delay in processing. Get LOA ASAP and apply for caq and then visa
