he can stay with you if he has a visa and just declare dual intent, not sure but seniors can be more of help

Yes, he can, but can't work here or anything meanwhile...As for the inland you at least can get a work permit after a few months. I took the decision to make it outland because i heard processing times are faster :\ seems like it is not the case for Mexico...

The only way would be withdrawing, but not recommended as it could play against you. There's no way to change it to an inland application. You should order GCMS notes to check what stage you are at.

And by ordering this it is not hurting your application? Is the process difficult to get these notes?

Not at all, and it would take you just a few minutes and $5. I know it's hard, but at least you can see each other since your husband has a visa. Many of us, like myself, can't travel to Canada because we don't have a visa, and even though we wouldn't be able to work, we would love to have such privilege. Also, if the inland app got rejected, it would be quite complicated to appeal the decision.

You're welcome, if you need anything, feel free to ask. I am at the very end of the process, just waiting for my passport back now. It has been quite a struggle but I'm almost done now.

Hate to admit but a lot of people here do it and that's the reality... i guess he can visit and such... they have the option to do so... very lucky that he got a trv... itS better to be with him while waiting than not at all... i know the feeling but if my husband got approved for a trv id rather have him here even when he cant work... as i have the means to do so...the decision is totally up to u

Plus id rather see someone working rather than someone who gets tax payers money and just sitting at home doing nothing, some of them just starts popping babies and refuses to work and expects support from the govt., the rules kinda suck

Her husband is from country that doesn't need a TRV, I believe only an eTA is required. Still, what you are suggesting is breaking the law, whether you agree with it or not. If her husband gets caught, he would be facing a huge and unnecessary problem.

I heard some who got bgc early in the process would take a long time to dm from bgc..but if you get bgc at the end of the process usually takes quicker, not sure if this is true or not, notes can only tell...
I really hope that we will have good news soon! I just can’t wait to be with my husband.
