I did upfront ME last Aug & still reviewing, I called CIC and told me is fine, just have to wait.

Oh thank you so Much for that... coz the agent I talk to said I need to do it again since I received a MR ... but it seems she’s not even sure what she adviced me ... she had to ask another agent and put me on hold... and my medical is still valid till may 2018 ... over the 18 months of processing . I guess I just need to wait ... hoping for PPR for both of us

I passed Medical and now waiting for Begraund check and just wondering if I worked before in USA,Australia,Denmark and England it's going to slow down my BG check .
Someone have any idea?

Hi guys... need some insight here... I did an upfront medical last may2017 then Cic send Lea medical request still but on my account it says “we are reviewing your medical result” last dec. 19 2017... for over a month it’s still the same status on myGcey key... I called at Cic and one of the agent told me to do another one ... but my medical is still valid for 6 months... and it seems the agent is not even sure on what she was saying... any thoughts or same case like me here? Pls advice ...

Perhaps she meant your medical would expire before getting Pr. In that case you would need new one as you need to do your landing before expiration of medical which is one year. Hope that makes sense.

I am already here in Canada for 4 years now and just waiting for my app to be approved... my 18th month will be on April and my medical will be expired on May... do you think I still need to do a medical since is still valid even after my 18th month?

Don’t trust agents words , wait for a msg or email and do remedial if they asked it .

Thanks for the reply... that’s what I’ll do so since I haven’t gotten any email reminder as well and it’s been over a month since the MR.. I hope everything will be good ...

I think you will get ppr at the end of March or first week of April.

Got a question. Received an email notification from cic today 27th, I had message in my online account. They asked me to review my addresses because according to them, there seems is an overlap. The main body of the letter is this https://s14.postimg.org/ucy9zik0h/regex.png . Here are my addresses https://s14.postimg.org/jq4gu345d/regex1.png. Other than the dates in rows 5 and 6 (counting from the top, which I just realized ) been swapped, where is their an overlap. I can't see it.

Even after you swap what you said, there is an overlap here:
2011-07, 2015-11

When ut was updated and what it shows in Ecas?

I did medical on January 10 and checked my CIC account on January 24 it was updated as passed, there was no notification.

I recently moved and I am hesitant to change my address. My medicals was passed more than 5 months ago. I have been waiting PPR. Do anyone here knows whether changing my address to the new one will slow down the processing? Thanks
N.B: I can still pick up mails from the previous address
