I applied for my spouse open work permit without medical on 13 dec from Canada. I am an international student at university. My husband is in India right now. I am confuse what is the processing time: Indian or Canadian? Someone gets some news who applied near to 13 dec.

Hi, I'm just wondering, how Long does a Husband and Wife have to be living together before the Husband can sponsor the Wife on open work permit, or both come tog? My Brother is planning on coming on student visa, talks are ongoing too, I couldn't find much information abt the marriage length online. Thks in advance for your help

My wife is an international student with 6 months left on her study permit. She will extend her permit but she is currently out of Canada. I want to apply for a visa to go with her but I am wondering if it's better to apply for SOWP or TRV in our case? Does anyone know?
