supporting letter to your coverlet for review of your ECA would be a printout of the snapshot from the UGC website that your college/university is recognised and a letter from your college stating their UGC affiliation and recognized status!

My WES credential evaluation summary shows my Post graduation institute as Non-recognized. I have done my Masters from GITAM University Vizag. I did send a mail to WES with the proofs of recognition to WES but still they haven't considered it. They have replied stating- in the opinion of WES the status of GITAM Institute of International Business is not comparable to a recognized institution in Canada. The report has been review and we have concluded that there are no changes to the report and that the equivalency statement for your credentials is correct.

Can someone pls suggest or help as to what else can I do so that my Masters is considered.

Also faced same issue. PGDM is considered to be non-recognised. Though my insitute is AICTE approved. Can anyone give me email id of WES where we can send some proof documents.

I've got online report from WES yesterday and my Bachelor degree is recognized with Canadian equivalent 4 years degree while My MBA is unrecognized.

Please, find details below:

While My degree is already accredited by ACBSP (The Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs)even many Canadians university programs have also accreditation by ACBSP..
I've verified with ACBSP Director that when I've awarded MBA degree my program was accredited. Now School lost accreditation.

I do not understand while they put my program under unrecognized. Please any one explain me.
What is a way to challenge WES Canada to revolution my MBA program and consider my program was recognized by ACBSP.

Getting review done from WES is a wastage,, i am suffering the same issue,, infact,, people of same university course got positive evaluation before,, but they they are not recognizing my university now,,, dont waste your time,, try ur luck with IQAS,,

Good News : I just got the WES ECA today morning; summary is showing Bachelors Degree (Four Years)

Not So Good News : My MBA is evaluated as Non-Recognized

Well... I'm not sure if I claim any points for Non Recognized Degree in EE.... ???

Also, I am not able to download the PDF file now, and they sent only 1 copy to my mailing address.....

I have successfully Evaluated my MBA Degree as Master level of EIILM University,Sikkim from IQAS Canada Service by Dec 2017. If anyone would like to know more about my experience feel free to contact. In Addition, I need to get ECA for the Study in USA from WES-USA do any one has idea about how to Evaluate my MBA degree from EIILM Univesity for WES-USA. or If any other service who has succesfully evaluated. share me your experience. Fortunately, my University is recognized as per the UGC website:

I think they just got recognition extended. How can I make WES understand that the Institution is recognized by UGC India (They already sent me Evaluation Report as Non-Recognized). Will they consider my institution recognized in spite of the institution is not showing in their list....

Do I need to send them email or phone? I know they will take a minimum of two weeks time to response. This is really frustrating me.

Anyone has an experience in this regard!

Call WES between 9AM-6PM EST on ‭+1 (416) 972-0070‬ and explain them and ask what can be done about this. You can use Skype mobile app to make this call if in India or any country outside US and Canada.
