As I got my study permit from my last medical which is going to expire on 7 feb.
if i get a new medical, should I need to inform embassy regarding this medical?

Is new medical will affect my study permit ?
No don't do another medical unless you receive a request for one.

SDS is replacing SPP
Which means earlier students needed 6 not less than 5.5 for UG course , but after SDS they ll need 6 each (6 not less than 6).
GIC will be compulsory (earlier too it was)
One year fee.
