Company refusing to give me Joining Letter

Hello all, I had misplaced my joining letter and few other documents of my ex company. I left my company in 2015. When I contacted them they could only give experience certificate along with salary slip if required .Are these two documents enough to proof my work experience. Thanks

As long as your experience letter has all the required information, joining letter is not required.

yes it will mention my job profiles, from which date i joined and quit .I plan to cover my working hours covered and all other things in my reference letter, which my supervisor will write. Should that suffice.

Yes, that's good enough. In my case, I just submitted my experience letter which had all the info and salary slips as extra.
( Don't forget to have responsibilities in your letter and ensure that it matches to the NOC you are applying for)

I meant, despite having my salary info in my experience letter, I also added the salary slips as an extra document to support my work experience.

In short, you need - your full name with passport number(i prefer this format), DOJ, Designation, Number of Hours, Salary and Responsibilities on an official letterhead of the company(which usually includes company's contact info) along with the contact information of the person who is endorsing the letter.

If you are unable to get the info in the preferred format, you can use other documents which you might have, to substitute that particular information or provide LOE.

Ex 1:- One of my company''s experience letter didnt have salary info, which was substituted by salary slips.

Ex 2:- I also didnt have number or hours per week in that letter. Since the HR had refused to put such info on the letter stating company policy, I showed that email conversation in my LOE which has been accepted.

Hi should I include my working hours in my experienced certificate or in reference letter which would contain all my responsibilities signed by my supervisor.

Either one should be fine. If you have the flexibility to chose, then go with the experience letter in this case.

Ok thanks, I ll be going to meet my Hr soon, so i just want to clear all my doubts. Also is it mandatory to mention any bonuses and all, or the annual ctc is enough. Because if the officials later on say you need to add this and you need to add that then my HR would be pissed, he might not even write another letter.

ok thanks and few things i forgot to ask, can i show my bank statements instead of payslips because i have pretty much misplaced all documents of my ex company and is appraisal certificate required as well?

My HR will mention designation along with annual salary and added benefits. Is that ok? Thanks

hi once again dude, just wanted to another thing. If i mention my experience salaries roles etc in one reference letter..do i need to provide experience letter seperately because I cant seem to find few of my documents including my offer letter and my experienced letter(while quitting).
