However, I was checking the status of my application which is "In Progress" since 10 months now, The address has been updated.

This means, the SGVO works

Atleast they updated the address.

But unless anything happens to my application, its not good

1month ago,I sent a email to SGVO either ，they answered "...is pending a visa officer to deal with..."

I got the reply 'The application is now queued for review...'. It's still a generic answer.

what is the difference between "is peding a vo to deal witn" and "The application is now queued for review"?
you got FT on May 2017,I got FT on Sep 2017.I didnt find that someone who had got FT(sgvo) from June to Sep last year.

I dont think there is a difference.
I think it varies depending on the officer who replied on you enquiry.

They reply after 2-3 working days. I sent via email

Nothing is updated. Some got DM 10 days ago still waiting for PPR.
