hi,
i wanted to ask that getting rprf request in express entry mean eligibility review has been done or not?
is this a positive thing?
Not necessarily. RPRF is requested when R10 is completed and eligibility is about to start. Only in some cases is the eligibility passed to, but is rare. Your GCMS notes should be able to let you know what is the status of your application.

First of all, 80% of the application are processed within 6 months. The 6 months processing time starts from the day R10 is passed and not AoR.

Have you requested GCMS notes, and is your eligibility passed?
Hi @legalfalcon

Thanks for the help. I did order GCMS notes several times now from getgcms, and it shows everything was passed, and currently background checks are ongoing. The background checks section though are all hidden under s.15, so I have no idea what’s going in there. Is there any sort of report or notes that I can order that can show more details on that part of the process?

You can order CSIS and CBSA report, but that is of now use, if things are clear.

For s15 / 16 see https://www.getgcms.com/blog/s15-s16-top-right-gcms-denote/

Just wait it out.

Yes, we have provided all possibly available documents for the same and strangely never received any adr ever.
Since the file is at ndvo not sure for pnp candidates if ndvo takes the call on the same.
So far since aor no communication from ircc except for reply for queries.

If the custody is not shared, and there are no visitation rights, then IRCC will make the file accordingly and exempt you form having the medicals of the child. But for that you will have to point it out and also give reference to the custody document and divorce papers.

Have you worked for the government?
No, I've not worked for the government. I've worked with the largest private sector banks of my country. One employer issued me the reference letter in their format on their letter head mentioning my duties and responsibilities while for the other, I obtained a declaration from a senior colleague. I've 3 years and 6 years of work exp with these organisations, respectively and I don't work with either of them presently.

Some confusion was created by the analyst:
ANALYST RECOMMENDATION: Review Required SUMMARY NOTES: DUTIES IN LOE ARE CONSISTENT WITH NOC DUTIES LISTED FOR NOC 0XXX AND DO NOT MATCH PRIMARY NOC DECLARED 0XXX. THEREFORE UNABLE TO AWARD THE MINIMUM REQUIRED POINTS FOR FSW. TOTAL FSW SCORE FALLS BELOW MIN REQ FOR ROUND. A 11.2: Appears Met R75: FSW MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS -Appears Met R76: SELECTION CRITERIA FSW POINTS/Funds: Review Required FSW points total: 59 Ready to Finalize RPRF: Complete

which was overruled by the VO and gave the following verdict:
EE Eligibility Office: CPC-Ottawa Text: *OFFICER REVIEW -APPLICATION*. ******A11.2 ASSESSMENTI R75(2) Minimum Requirements & R76(1) Selection Criteria ****** Work Experience -Having reviewed the application as a whole, I am satisfied on the balance of probabilities the PA meets the Minimum work experience requirement and has worked for the duration claimed. Hi Could someone help me in understanding what is the next process after the Normal 6 months processing time is over. My AOR is 24th June, and I cleared R10 as per the GCMS notes on 19th July 2017. So the final decision should have been made by 20th Jan 2018. We are still on the Security Stage. The last update on the Security Stage was on 30th August 2017. After that there has been no movement whatsoever. So what can be done next? Is there any chance of expediting the process?

If its at NDVO, then most likely your eligibility is passed and security is undergoing. Just give it some time and you should have the PPR.

This confusion and review required may have taken some time. If you have passed eligibility, then its just a matter of time before your receive your PPR.
Some security checks do take longer, which does not mean there is anything wrong with your file.

@legalfalcon What is the chance of applications being rejected at Security stage?

My file has already been in SGVO since Nov.07 but since I added my spouse last month, I am expecting a longer BGC for both of us.

Has your eligibility passed?
As per the GCMS Notes, I am guessing we have cleared the Eligibility. My Concern is that there has been no Movement Since 30th August on our file. Also Under the PAPER FILE Section; the details are not mentioned.

Next to zero, unless there are some serious concerns such as prior involvement in genocide, war crimes, terrorism etc.
