PGWP in another province PEQ – Skilled temporary foreign worker

Hi,

My friend studied in another province and is working in that province on PGWP.
Due to issues with her job duties she may not be able to apply under
Can she move to Quebec if she has PGWP from another province and work in quebec for an year and apply under PEQ- Skilled temporary foreign worker ?
She is bilingual ( advanced intermediate knowledge of french) so her CSQ applications takes around 20 working days , is this understanding correct?
How long does it take to get PR after obtaining CSQ and will she be able to extend her PGWP even though she got it from another province.?

Others can comment but PGWP applies to all of Canada.

Yes she can work and apply under peq from quebec. For csq she needs to have Intermediate B2 cert or any recognized exam result attesting to it.

For PR after csq 12-16 months approx.
