Yes. The first answer in the listening is "Southern".

I think, regarding the night shift workers.... it's family-life. Let's if anybody has any other view.

Any idea, in listening, to score 8, how many answers should be correct?
+ I missed license code xD
It was - audio: QY(wait, Y or I) ni...(ne o)..ne eight(wtf, I missed but I guess I heard nine, also after nnnn~was eight)

I think family (life)/family-life is also possible answer
