HoW do u know that June applications are in process? Is there any update? M asking so coz mostly march and April people are posting abt getting Their PPR.

Hi Guys,

This wait is very annoying, i rang CIC this morning however they could not give me any update as the file is sitting with NDVO and suggested me to contact NDVO.

Please advise if i should send an email to NDVO asking for an update even though i have a representative. And, if i should send , then should it be sent from the Applicant or the Sponsor?

Inland applicant whether Worker or Student cannot leave Canada during processing.

This is misread.
Anyone can leave canada. The rule says an applicant cannot leave canada making some other country as a country of their residence.

this means you can go anywhere in the world as a tourist visit (say for 2-6 weeks) and come back to canada.

It only means that at any point of time even when you are visiting india, your need to make sure that your country of residence is canada.

Anyone have any clue, if we get MP inquiry 3-4 times. Is it actually slow down the process ?

I'm the sponsor (May 19th file received). Will it be okay for me to visit India for a month while spouse application is in process. I'm planning to go February 1st week

Hi guys, I applied GCMS notes day before yesterday. Today my gckey is showing "We need more documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details".

Is this because of GCMS request or they need more documents from me? I have not received any email yet.

When I applied for GCMS notes nothing changed, but when they released notes it states "NO additional Documents are required"

How ever this could be a new update in their system.

I placed a web enquiry on my wife's application on 12-January-2018. I got reply on 17-January-2018 which is as below

I believed that should be perfectly fine.
However, i would suggest you to call CIC call center and when the officer agrees that you can visit India ask him to send this confirmation to your email ID. So this way you also have a proof that a CIC employee was in knowledge of it and even he said it was okay to visit.

it was transferred on 29 AUG 2017 and AOR2 on 04 SEP 2017.

BCG in process since Nov/Dec.

Still waiting for DM/PPR.
Anyone with similar timelines and waiting like me.
