ECAS is In-Process. No mention of RQ/QAE on ECAS

This is what’s scaring me. Despite changing my mailing address to box number (rural sask) over one month ago, it is still not reflected on ecas. How am I supposed to even know that there is something I should have received, if the ecas status doesn’t say anything?

Yes, my ecas was updated on Jan 5 with the following line:

We sent you correspondence on January 5, 2018. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

I got the request by mail today. The request was sent from Vancouver.
