hey guys so i mistakenly choose married when i applied my visitors visa im in canada now i want to obtain the data through ATIP , im confused a bit should i choose the electronic notes of the immigration or citizenship officer ....or the application,documents and correspondence sent to ircc.

I WANT TO BE SURE WHAT I FILLED I WANT TO OBTAIN THE APPLICATION FORM THAT I FILLED WHEN I APPLIED MY VISITORS VISA

im just confused choosing between electronic notes,, and the application ,supporting documents
Electronic notes:
You will be able to access the entire processing history + case notes/observations made by the visa officer when s/he evaluated your mom's TRV application.

The 'Client details' section in these GCMS notes has a 'Marital status' field which would mention the marital status that was declared by your mom.


Application, supporting documents and communication between IRCC and your mom:
You will be able to access the application form that she had submitted.


You can choose either of these selections for the type of records you want
