Hi All.

The TRV I applied for my wife is refused on grounds that not strong ties back home, VO thinks the PA will not return to home country.

Anyway. Thanks for the help, we tried our best by giving 8 different proofs showing ties back home. Now hoping for PR app to give some good news soon.

Regards

Applied Dec 18 2017, refusal 3rd Jan 2018.

Sorry to hear about the refusal.

Indeed this is frustrating. What are the points raised by VO apart from stomg ties.
Hope you will be able to cover those points and re apply after some time.

Just going through the posts here and I saw the rejection of your application. I'm shocked. You should obtain CAIPS notes and I think everyone who has been wrongly refused( I had been unfairly refused as well in August-although your application was a lot stronger than mine). all other countries have a general guideline for who will be refused or accepted. In Canada even if you have all of the required documents and more, you can still get refused.

All of these should be reported to the government of Canada. Maybe MP's and immigration ministers. Let's get the Canadian Immigration system fair!
How to obtain those CAIPS notes , can you please guide the procedure ?

B1 Business/ Conference . last time before trump i got it. But this time it has been there for 11 months. Anything i need to do?
Did you not have to take an appointment for a US B1/B2 visa? And, if you did, they would have told you immediately if you were refused else the visa would be stamped in your passport immediately
