No I applied on my own as I felt I know where the mistake this time I believe I rectified it and submitted a strong application. On my application it shows background check not applicable. and it says we r reviewing whether you r eligible or not and does Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are included in processing time with 25 days or only working days?

I think that the next step is BC check, as it says they are reviewing whether you are eligible or not. Holidays are not included but its calendar days not working days. It used to be working days.

At last my status shows that my paasport have been returned to canada application centre for collection but still don't know if visa has been granted or rejected after 37 calender days,fingers crossed .
