I am a SINP EE January ‘17 applicant. My application has been in process since 28th of February. Still in process. One month ago my EE profile expired, so I have created a new one and sent e-mail to SINP regarding my new EE profile number. I also retook IELTS and sent a new certificate to SINP. But since that time they haven’t done any changes in my SINP OASIS. I have received such e-mail from them:

The SINP undertakes an initial review of the application for completeness, and should all required documents be present, the application will move on to the next stage of processing. If all required documents were not included when the application was submitted, the file will be returned/closed. Should your application be deemed complete and move on to the next stage of processing, the additional documents you have sent will be assessed with the file at that time.

What an initial review they are talking about? Initial review after 10 months of “in process” stage? Or this is just an automated response?
I want to know how much time does it usually take to make changes in OASIS profile? Is it normal that there is no changes after one month they have received new data from me?
Would appreciate sharing your experience!
