URGENT SUGGESTION REQUIRE..............I HAVE GOT THE FOLLOWING EMAIL YESTERDAY FROM SINP AUTHORITY...........

Criteria : English/French Language Ability

Description : To meet the language requirement, you must provide language test results from a designated testing agency and you must have English and/or French language ability of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4 or higher. Your test results cannot be more than two years old at the time of application. The acceptable tests and equivalence to CLB 4 (minimum scores) are: ‐ International English Language Testing Systems (IELTS, GENERAL TRAINING) with minimum scores of: Listening ‐ 4.5, Reading ‐ 3.5, Writing ‐ 4 and Speaking ‐ 4 ‐ Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (CELPIP ‐ General) with minimum scores of: Listening ‐ 4, Reading ‐ 4, Writing ‐ 4 and Speaking ‐ 4 ‐ Test d’evaluation de francais (TEF) with minimum scores of: Listening ‐ 145, Reading ‐ 121, Writing ‐ 181 and Speaking – 181

To keep your file active please submit the results within 45 days of date of this letter. If additional time is required please contact us to request an extension and please include a copy of the registration form for the language test the applicant has registered for."

I HAVE ALREADY APPEAR IN IELTS IN 9TH JANUARY 2016 AND ALREADY ATTACHED IELTS TEST RESULT. DO I NEED TO TAKE THE TEST AGAIN OR SUBMIT MY PREVIOUS RESULT SHEET AGAIN ?

"Are you mad guys? Do not you see that I have already sent the IELTS result. Drunk little alcohol."

P.S. - You must retake IELTS within 2 to 3 months. You have to send CIC application with valid IELTS, after Nomination.

It has already been 13 days of december gone and they are not opening SINP OID or EE for pending application they have.

What if they keep it pending for 2017 and do not meet their targets??

Whether they are answerable to federal government for not meeting criteria of 2017??

As of date only two provinces Alberta and Ontario has meet their immigration target under Provincial nominee programme for 2017and has submitted their next year plan to the federal government.

Is there any chance that SINP Authorities will open it in December 2017 and will issue bulk nominations (which are yet to be issued)???

Why do you love so much to December intake.
January first week is the fix time for SINP EE and OID opening. So you can submit in January. Simple.

So in my case I have to submit 2 (Additional Family information IMM 5406) for me and my wife...Right???? other forms like translator, use of representative and Additional dependents/deceleration form....these forms do I need to fill???

Read them carefully. In addition make 2-3 Oasis profiles and try to upload all documents and fill complete application.

Hi...for 60 point calculation for SINP EE, it says 20 points for CLB 8 and higher and 18 points for CLB 7.
But CLB is for each section of LWRS so if i have scored CLB 8 and above in 3 section and CLB 7 in the last one, how much points for me for Language ability ??

CLB 7. May be.

Even i think i will fall into CLB 7 in this case for SINP
