I am facing similar situation but with Listening.

For listening take a paper and pen. Try to practice as much as you can through youtube, also go through different specific sections in which you are having difficulties like as labelling a map or MCQ,s

My question was - is the reference letter required for all the positions or only for the ones corresponding to my NOC?

You need one reference letter per company. All the positions held during the tenure in the company should be listed there along with any appointment letter, promotion letter as the supporting documents.

MCQs is my weak area, especially in section 3. But, I have figured out why I miss answers. I am waiting for my results to be announced on Friday. I might get CLB 9 this time. If not, I know where I should improve in listening.

When will they update the crs score in EE profile ? It is my birthday today and i am at 430. Will loose 6 points.

At 424, I don't see hope till February at least. If I get ITA at 430 today by mistake, I should decline it ?

What I learned from earlier conversations is that your age requirement freezes on the day you receive ITA. So theoretically speaking, should you receive an ITA today and have a birthday tomorrow, you will not lose points. Someone can correct me if I am wrong.

That's right. The profile is frozen post ITA and so are the details within. If you get ITA, you won't lose points if you have your b'day from the time you get ITA till the time you submit eAPR.

hmm....Hopefully you ll get this time because I know the pain of being stuck at .5 or so. MCQ,s in the 3rd section are really the most difficult in IELTS Listening. I got 8.5 both times in listening. I am having problem with the reading. First time it was 5.5, which improved to 6.5 in September.

13 is my magic no. too but keeping last two years records it seems the next draw will be on 20th after a gap, also the ielts results are on 15th so it will again a game of 2750th with 440Crs ..

You are probably right but I hope there will be a draw today because it will bring drown the cut-off point for future draws. All those people in the 440-450 range has been in the pool since November 15th and they deserve a draw today after 4 weeks

If it happens today (Dec 13) with:
2750 ITAs - CRS 438

The variance in the above calculation is +/- 2 CRS.
