Hi all, I got BCIP & DM in ECAS over two weeks ago now and nothing since. Is this normal? Seems like other people are getting PPR very soon after DM?

There are people waiting for over a month also with BGC, it depends on the case processing officer when they updated GC key. However the odds are heavily in favor of you receiving your D.M. really soon good luck.

Cool thanks. Just concerned we have some overseas travel planned in January and was hoping for PPR before then.

We are a passport exempt country so I gather I will just be sending copies of passport, but would love to do it ASAP!!!!

I'm actually an APRIL applicant but couldn't find a thread to april application forum. Anyhow, I had a question regarding my husband's file that was submitted in april. He recently received an email which asked him to "see attached document" regarding his application but there was actually no attachment in the mail. He emailed them back but got no answer of course. I was just wondering if anyone here had similar issues and if there is any way we could get more information about it.

Any help will be appreciated.

You can contact cic by phone and figure out what it is. They can usually send the request again

But I have no new message!

Also, I mailed my passport request last month with a self-addressed envelope per the instructions but the tracking number has not been registered on their end yet.

Its probably just a late update, since you already got PPR and sent in your passport.

That's fine. Usually there will be something under the documents (above the status) in your gckey like indicating there is counterfoil (VISA) already. You should be receiving your passport anytime soon.

When my husband got approved, the visa office messaged us the next day that the passport is ready.
