Do you have a file number yet? If you dont you ahould wait until you get the aor to ensure that the correction is attached to the appropriate file
Yes i do have a AOR and SA,some people adviced me to wait until they transfer the file to VO which is Paris and then Fax the new form after calling them, would be that a good idea? i'm so frustrated

So this afternoon I (PA) received an email from CIC Missisauga and subject had "enhanced AOR for back office" with a document attached.

My partner (sponsor) received AOR on Friday and I linked ecas and GCKEY that day, then got medical request this morning.

Do all PAs get this enhanced AOR email? The email just says Mississauga received it 25th oct etc, please link, note about passports etc. and "Attached please find a letter related to your application. Please fully read the attachment and save this message for your records."

The PDF document attached has a part in it

"For your application, we have identified that there are documents which are missing and we will request. Please take the time to link your application so that we can quickly and efficiently ask for the documents, and you can quickly and efficiently submit them digitally. If you have not linked your application to an online account within 7 calendar days, we will send you an email to which you will be asked to respond via regular mail. This will introduce delays into the processing of your application."

Is that normal? Are they just referring to the police cert and schedule A that they will request?

Just thought I'd ask as hadn't seen anyone say anything about this.

So, after the SA, what is CIC really checking? what is the background check all about?

eligibility, assess relationship, background check for criminality and security, check your education, work and personal history, and if you've been refused visa before, could be awhile depending on many factors.

Oh really? Did you have the same message about missing documents? Did sponsor already get "regular" AOR?

Wondering if this is a new step to processing rather than returning?

But really for the life of me I have no idea what would have been missing!

Senior member please guide.
1) we have to sign all the forms with black ball point or blue ball point ?
2) which corrie company is the best to submit documents ?
3) we both are living together so outside the application envelop I have to write down Sponsor name as "Sender"?
4) I made 4 section/Parts of my application. what is the best way to separate each section ?
5) we can use binder clip for pictures ?

I have never seen that before, though a google search bought up the same email subject line in a June 2017 Outland thread.

It sounds a good step if they are going to still start processing apps when say something is missing and give people the chance to send it in whilst the app is in progress. It only increases the workload if having opened an app and check through it that they then return for something minor.

Via message in GCKEY.

No they don't tell you when and where to go. You organise that yourself by selecting a panel physician and booking an appointment.

Thanks.. Saw that too although the poster didnt go into much detail..that's all I could find on it too.

Agree! Had that same conversation with my partner tonight. Fair enough sending it back if you've made a huge error or multiple.. But for a small error or discrepancy it makes no sense to return it.

Very interested as to whether I have missed something or its just a good old confusing way to say I will have to submit my police cert and schedule A.
