My 2nd IQAS acknowledgement mail was received on 23 Nov. 2017. Am hoping to receive the soft copy of my ECA by mid Jan. 2018, but now that they have increased their processing time to 12 weeks, I don't know how feasible that will be.

Now IQAS has increased the timeline from 9 weeks to 12 weeks, so i thought i should make my timeline which is as follows:-

Transcript reached from 1st University: 7th November
Application sent: 11th November
Application reached : 15th November
Transcript reached from 2nd University: 15th November
First AOR: Not yet
Second AOR: Not yet
ECA Softcopy: Not yet
Hardcopy: Not yet

I called them today and they told me that they are working on application reached to them from 6th November to 14th November..

Also there is Christmas Holiday from 23rd December to 1st January 2018. I hope some acknowledgment mail will be received before this.

I will update this time to time..

Hi Folks,
I get documents attested and sealed by HEC to send to IQAS.
Later I came to know about this form on IQAS website " Request of Academic Records Form".
Now, it is not stamped and included in envelope.
What should I do now. Do IQAS accept with out this?

Many of the universities don't fill this form and the same case with mine. It is Ok, if it is not filled. IQAS will consider you transcript as it is sealed in by your University.

FINALLY...!!! I got my ECA softcopy today after more than 18 WEEKS

My timelines are as below;

Application sent: 1st of August
Application reached: 8th of August
Transcript sent by University: 3rd of August
Transcripts reached: 10th of August
First Confirmation Email: 6th of September
Second Confirmation Email: They never sent any confirmation by themselves but after 3 inquiry emails they finally confirmed on 22nd November
ECA Softcopy: 14 December 2017 After 4 Months...
Hardcopy: Not yet. (But soft copy serves the purpose in general)

First Confirmation Email: 6th of September
Second Confirmation Email: They never sent any confirmation by themselves but after 3 inquiry emails they finally confirmed on 22nd November
ECA Softcopy: 14 December 2017 After 4 Months...
Hardcopy: Not yet. (But soft copy serves the purpose in general)

My application reached on 14th November whereas my transcripts reached 9th November. Wonder how long I have to wait for my 2nd confirmation email.

Oh that's great...i am also waiting for my 2nd mail now, as transcripts were reached at the same time and from one university even earlier....
