I am troubled about my application for visa/study permit.
I applied online from Liberia August 21st when I received admissions for September 1 to UBC. Three weeks after I requested that my admission be deferred to January 1, 2018 due to the long processing time. Upon receiving my defer letter for January 1. I updated my already submitted application with it on September 25. Since that time I have been waiting for update for request for my passport and subsequent interview.
It has been almost more than 10 working weeks and I have gotten no positive progressive update.
Can someone share ideas with me?
Can I reapply with paper at a VAC?
I need some help.
