Would it affect the whole application
I already completed all and uploaded all documents
Will I do everything over again or just the profile?

U have to complete whole application again and need to upload all documents and forms. But this process is very useful to remove mistakes.

U r an intelligent guy.
No prority in SINP ON CRS basis. They need only 60 points in their assessment grid and job experience , education and entended NOC must be match with each other. Your intended NOC must be in the their Demand occupation list. Only then u can apply.
U can also apply for NSNP if your NOC is in their list. NSNP Demand EE category is without job offer option.
U have 400 CRS, so u can also apply for Ontario EE.

thats very helpful of you...one more question please ...i have done engineering in electrical(b-tech).and also have a three year diploma in electrical. I have five years of experience on diploma basis..my NOC code is 2241 ..diploma +b-tech+5 years experience...should the experience be based on the highest degree i got ..or is it ok ...

Your experience can be counted on the basis of Diploma. But you can't show study period (B.Tech ) as experience. Because they need full time degrees. Even then You can get Graduation Degree points (Total Education Qualification Points 20) . On the Basis of Highest education degree.

I have done b-tech regular...not as a part time..I started working after b-tech...but I got selected on diploma post..both diploma and b-tech are in electrical...

Good. U can show your maximum work experience and will get points for Bachelors degree.

After reaching Canada, very few people appear in the forum.
Actually OID is a unique category to immigrate Canada. Such an option will not be found anywhere. Here are some qualities :-
IELTS bands only / below than 4.5, No WES, no need to show Job offer, No EE profile requirement.

What do you mean by percentage?

If your file is complete and you provided all the relevant info. asked by SINP.....definitely you will get success.
