We submitted my application to NBPNP last week after getting an ITA from them.

Unfortunately, we got an email from the visa officer asking for original letters reference for the NOC codes that we had put in the application.

We believe that we sent enough documentation in our application like paystub, affidavit from colleague, promotion letter etc.

It is difficult to get letters of reference from the company as I am still working in that company for the last 10 years and if I ask them, they would get suspicious and think that I am leaving the company immediately and this might affect me .

I am at my wits end as to what to do. I work in the USA, and I have visa petitions that spell out my work duties etc.

Anybody knows if these visa petitions would help me?

Any help would be appreciated.
i think this is one of the requirement, that reference letters must be in original, have a look again into the checklist of NBPNP

for those who received ITA and AOR kindly message me so i can add you in whatsapp. thanks!

Thank you. I feel that it is difficult to get reference letters from companies where you are currently working.

Hey...is he employed is New Brunswick.??

Received our PPR on November 27. April 30 AOR here from LVO. To Jehovah God be the Glory

Would like to know if my cousin can make it and what should she do next.
1. She was accepted by the company in NB already
2. She alredy have ielts
3. No relatives in NB
4. She was under NBPNP with employer support.
Whats her 1 st step? (Complete NBPNP checklist.)

What is the dependent? She is single. But she have her parents and 3 other siblings which totals to 5. Are they classified as her dependents? If so, then it would seem she need proof of funds for 6 people including herself?

Please correct me if im wrong that the proper procedure is to pass the checklist of NBPNP then if they reply and nominate her, then that is the time she have to.complete the CIC checklist is tht right?

Thanks much for those who can help...

Hi Guys,
is there anyone who received an AOP by visiting the session without an invitation (having only an automatic registration letter and writing yourself on a leaf with the invited ones)?
Is it worth it to go to the session, if you registered, but the invitation did not come?
