A question, what if sponsor get his/her citizenship just 10 days before final hearing?
Does it effect the hearing?

the immigration just called me now, and said he had a problem in my blue book, and canceled my ADR that would be February 2018, for 2019.

Wow!! That is unbelievable. They just don't care about people's lives. It's sad. The wait is tough. I'm looking at 2019 as well.

Did u ask him what kind of problem? Can that problem be fix easily? If yes then do so, maybe that will also change their mind.

I called today to know what the problem, a woman answered and said that there is nothing on my profile yet, she will check and I will call tomorrow.

Got an email from Ottawa requesting an updated email address for my hubby. When I signed into his acct it shows his file is “in process”. Praying this continues to move quickly and with no issues

So sorry about that . Immigration just don't care about anyone. I appealed and waited 2 years and 5 months for the hearing.

November 9th - updated forms, security and medical sent.

I am wondering what is the next steps from here and what is a general time frame I should hear from the government next and overall timeframe until we get the PR?

You should be able to hear from them anytime soon...which country are u in and which vo refused u

I'm from Canada my husband of 2.5 years is from Tunisia . I guess they are processing appeal win files in Ontario now rather then file going back overse
