Yes, file goes to the local office near you. They do not send out emails indicating your file is in process. You will see a 3rd line on your ECAS once processing begins.

NO I am not. I am doing it since last 2 days and tomorrow will be 3rd. No matter what action they will take on me I will do it. They should know how much frustration we have now when they issue randomly AORs.

I am also the same as you (Oct 16 applicant) and can feel what you feel, however doing so is most likely not going to help. Have some patience (I am also telling myself) and see if our AOR show up soon.

I know its not but will keep doing as now I am frustrated because of their methodology and will keep doing till I get my AOR.. I think you can start it too... Just attach the delivery acknowledgement.
